This little topic may seem irrelevant but i would just like to touch on it so that you can see the importance of how the Quran is interpreted and who can interpret it and the validity of the sahih hadiths. Also to explain through logic why the Non Ahmadi thought of Islam is incorrect.
Angel Gabriel TAUGHT the Quran to the prophet who TAUGHT the Quran to the Sahaba and Ayesha R.A. etc who then TAUGHT it to people from across the world who then taught and taught until it got to us. Hence not any Tom, Dick, and Harry can interpret the Quran (although there are something’s we can such as 'do not drink, do not fornicate etc').
So what i am trying to get at is that, Ahmadis dismay the teachings of the great imams such as imam Abu Hanifa who was present within the 100 years of the prophet, and rather take on the teachings of Mirza Ghulam Ahmed who appeared over 1000 years after. So why is it that after Muhammad, and the sahabas, and the great imams, and Bukari, and imam Hanafi and all 1500 years of scholars did they all believe Jesus did not die and that he will return to slay the Da Jaal, and they all believed Da Jaal will be a man, and they believed Muhammad to be the last prophet? Does that mean for 1500 years Islam was completely misunderstood? Miss understood by the 10 sahabahs i.e. Abu Baker, Umar, Uthman, Ali etc and remember the 10 sahabas are GUARANTEED heaven as per Muhammad pbuh. Is it possible the men who knew the prophet the best, his wives, all go it wrong?
Imam Abu Hanifa was born 60 years after Muhammad pbuh. So what imam Abu hanifa knew was near enough accurate as he was born when even Sahabas were still alive! The Sahabas who have met the prophet were still alive when Imam Abu Hanifa was born. Yet he believed Jesus did not die and will return and that Muahmmed was the final prophet and messenger. So to conclude according to Ahmedis all these millions of imams, scholars, and great muslim people like Salahuddin Ayuubi, Imam Ghazali (the famous philosopher who proved the likes of Aristotle and Socratese wrong) etc all believed in this one thing that Jesus did not die and will come and that Muhammad was the final prophet and messenger, yet Mirza Ghulam Ahmad states otherwise, a man who appears after 1400 years and completely reinterprets the Quran differently to the sahabas and great imams? Sometimes Allah provides you with logic and clear evidence, then why do we still turn it away. Can they all be so highly respected and noted in history as great scholars yet all be wrong? Would you believe a man born 60 years after the prophet or 1,500 years after the prophet?
If all these men were wrong since the departing of Muhammad pbuh then surely Muhammad pbuh failed to do a good job, and God failed to, but we know neither of them failed, and Allah never fails.
